Made by Lessiters chocolatiers using our Ring of Fire chillies.
This chocolate sits between our regular dark chocolate and the fearsome Demon in terms of heat.
It contains 55% cocoa so for a milk chocolate it is very high cocoa levels as opposed to the 20-30% which you see in other milk bars.
Always popular at markets, this milk chocolate has a little more kick than the dark chocolate bars but is really smooth and creamy.
