A very special sauce containing a fusion of chillies all grown at the farm. It has the same recipe as our regular sweet chilli sauce except for the actual chillies. We use a hotter blend of pods. Think of it as a sweet chilli sauce with more attitude!
Because we use fresh pods, every batch is a slightly different heat. However we'd describe this as a medium to hot sauce. We use it drizzled over salads and in wraps. We've been told it is superb with chicken dishes.
It has heat but a really good flavour. If you want ultimate heat try Dartmoor Dragon sauce or our Dartmoor Demon chocolate.
(Firecracker chillies are the primarily chilli in this sauce)
Ingredients : Sugar, Chillies 35%, Red Peppers, Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice
Mix with yoghurt or creme freche for a marinade or use as a hot dip.
