Dartmoor Smoke (Chipotle) Sauce - made using our own home smoked Jalapeno chillies.
Made with Jalapeno pods grown at the farm.
The chillies are picked and cold smoked in hickory for 16-20 hours. We use a customized fridge to smoke our fresh pods combined with a ProQ smoker. We then leave them for one day to "stew", before being dried for an authentic flavour.
Try it with sausages or a spoonful in tomato soup. Or on beans on toast - Phil's favourite!
