How to Order
Our STANDARD UK DELIVERY CHARGE IS BETWEEN £4.00 and £6.95 per order. This is at our cost price (except for over 2kg where we actually make a bit of a loss - hey ho. We need to keep competitive)
The minimum order is £8 otherwise the postage can be more than the value of the items.
Free delivery on orders over £45
All products are suitable for Vegans.
If you are local in Ashburton, Bovey Tracey or Buckfastleigh we can hand delivery and refund your delivery charge.
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked Service. We also use UPS on some heavier orders
If there is strike action, we will use couriers for all orders but the price may increase as we are not VAT registered.
Please allow about 3-4 working days for delivery. If it is urgent, use the extra information box on the website and we will endeavour to get your order out as quickly as we can.
We accept credit and debits cards with no surcharges through PayPal and Stripe secure payments.
Telephone numbers / Safe place gubbins....
Too many orders have sat in sorting offices whilst we struggle to contact people. If we had a phone number the courier can call if there is a problem. We will not call unless there is a problem with delivery. We will not use your number for any other reason.
Also if you have safe place such as a greenhouse, porch or garage, please let us know and we can give this information to Royal Mail.
