Delivery information

Our standard delivery charge is £4 up to 1kg and £5.35 up to 2kg and £6.50 on heavier orders.

We make a loss on shipping charges over 2kg in weight but do it to remain competitive.

Free delivery for local customers within 5 miles of TQ137FP (we will refund your delivery charge and usually bike it over to you.   Bike delivery depends on the weather!)

We use Royal Mail Tracked as our usual delivery option. This is including the cost of packaging materials such as boxes and loose fill.

We did investigate using DPD but found we cannot use them as glass bottles and jars are on the list of their prohibited items.

If you are local including Ashburton, Buckfastleigh and Bovey Tracey we will refund your delivery charge and deliver for free.

If you have a safe place for deliveries, please let us know so we can pass this information on to the courier.

We no longer ship to the EU as the new rules are very complicated.

A telephone number when placing orders is required so we can pass this onto the courier - only used in case they need to contact you.     A safe place is handy should the courier deliver when you are not in.
